IF FUNCTION
Hi, I am trying to automate the full kit complete column to say if the full kit date is in the past, mark complete otherwise incomplete. When I put this formula in below, it gives me an #unparseable error. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Did you copy this formula in from Microsoft Word, or another program? In your screenshot, notice the quotation marks around "Complete" vs those around "Incomplete." They're different.
This came from MS Word: “Complete”
This came from Smartsheet: "Complete"
These quotes from MS Word are different ASCII character than those from Smartsheet, or Notepad, or even this message board.
Replace the quotes around Complete, and you're good to go.
