SmartSheet not populating cells into report
I have a SmartSheet that I have set up to populate cells into a report for others to view. I am able to see all of the cells in the report, but when I sent it over to my colleagues, they are noting that the column headers are there, but the cells are all blank. Please help!

Hi, @ksato
Unless you are sharing via a published link, the colleagues that you are sharing the report to will also need to be shared to any underlying sheets that feed the report.

Thank you! I figured this out and ended up sharing the main sheet with the group. However; I am using the "group" function, and for some reason, the actual groups are not showing up on the report. Is there a way to display the actual group name on the report? Please help!

Hi @ksato
Do you mean that you are using Hierarchy on the Sheet, so there are top-level Parent rows and indented Children rows below them? (See: Hierarchy: Indent or Outdent Rows)
If so, Reports evaluate the underlying sheet on a row-by-row basis without reading the hierarchies. You would want to bring in the Parent name into each Child Row so that you can use this in your Report to Group by; here's another Community Post that explains how to do this.
Cheers!
Genevieve
