Recurring backup hangs

Hi,

a weeks ago set recurring backups is shown as pending since 02/21/22. Disable/enable/request new doesn't help. Just two tables and not much data.

Any idea to fix it? Thanks in advance

  • I have the same issues. It seems from other comments online that this is not a new problem. If you have just two tables you can simply export them as excel tables from each spreadsheet. However, I have a lot of workplaces and tables so I am stuck. Help please?

    Yes, my Feb 26th backups are also in Pending status.

    Call or email Smartsheet in order to get their attention on this, because it is a SYSTEM WIDE ISSUE that is apparently affecting all Smartsheet customers.

    Just got off the phone with Smartsheet support, and they confirm that this is a 'known issue'. The Smartsheet Status page still shows "All Systems Operational", but this problem has been going on for at least 8 days because my last two backup cycles are stuck as pending.

    Any attempt at a manual download also fails, with an error message about two downloads in the same 24hr period.
