Multiselect Choices - Pull from Another Smartsheet?

Greetings! Reaching out to the Smartsheet community for assistance with a multiselect question.

I have a Smartsheet that contains a client list, we'll call it Client List. I would like to add a multiselect drop-down to choose the various products that this client subscribes. This product list is maintained in another Smartsheet, we'll call it Product List, and has new items added regularly. Is there a way to have the multiselect in the Client List display all of the products in the Product List ? And automatically include the new Products when added?

Or does the multiselect need to be updated manually?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now to "sync" dropdown lists in Smartsheet by default, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• I recently developed a solution for a client where the Dropdown lists are kept updated using the premium app, Data Shuttle.

Good morning, Andree, and thank you for the suggestion. Data Shuttle is included in our subscription so this may work. Are you able to share the workaround?
