Formula to capture current Date Time

I want to setup automation that captures Date Time in a format similar to Created / Modified date with out using the Created or Modified date. I've used the =Today() to capture date, but it does not capture time. I have not been able to find a smartsheet formula equivalent to =Now() in Excel. Anyone know how to get this?
