Using IF and HAS in one formula

I'm trying to write a formula that if a specific value is found in one column and the value in another column is found on another sheet evaluate as true, otherwise false and check a checkbox.

This is what I have but it's telling me incorrect argument set:

=IF(AND([Segment Description]@row = "Optum Technology", (HAS({In-Scope Req Numbers Req Num}, [Job Requisition Number]@row, 0, 1))))

It looks like there may just be an issue with misplaced parenthesis. Try this...

    =IF(AND([Segment Description]@row = "Optum Technology", HAS({In-Scope Req Numbers Req Num}, [Job Requisition Number]@row), 0, 1)
