I have a chart that dropped off an enter bar because it's at 100%.. that doesn't make sense.

Are you using a report to populate the chart?

Why isn't automation working?
This is a simple automation that is not being triggered and I can't figure out why. Could use your advice please! When the intake form is submitted, it updates the intake sheet, but the automation doesn't appear to be triggered as no emails are sent/received. I cannot figure out why.
