Collaborator unable to open Proof link

I am sending a proof link to a collaborator (non-licensed), but this is what she received:
It's her first time accessing Smartsheet and it didn't prompt her to sign up for a free account.
I sent the same link to my personal email and I am able to open it.
Anyone know what could be the problem?

I've seen this specific error pop up when accessing a Proof link on an outdated version of Chrome or Safari.
Can you ask your user to open the link either on an updated version of their browser or through a different browser? This should allow them to open it without issue! (See: Operating Systems and Browsers)
