Calendar Color Key
Hello!
I've created a calendar that is color-coded by task (done in the conditional formatting) and I would like to publish it but not everyone will know what the colors represent. Is there a way to included a color key (red=task 1, blue=task 2).

There are a couple of ways we could do something like this.
My first thought is that you could add the Published Calendar into a Dashboard using the Web Content widget, add a Rich Text widget near it to explain your legend, then send out a Publish link to the Dashboard instead.
Another option would be to use the Sheet Summary Field as a legend (see: Define Your Work With Sheet Summary)
Or you could leave a Comment on the Sheet for users to check as well. I hope this helps!
Cheers,
Genevieve

Good ideas, thank you! I will probably go with the dashboard suggestions.
