Sharing permissions

I have shared a smartsheet with a colleague and on my side I show he has Admin permissions but when he opens the SmartSheet he can only view it, not edit it

Yes, on the Pro Plan.

That's why it doesn't work.

Sheets owned by Pro Plan users can only be edited by licensed users within that account.
