What is the limit of sheets per user?

This doesn't make any sense. On the pricing sheet all 3 levels say there is an unlimited number of sheets; however, I'm trying to make an eleventh sheet and I'm being told I need to upgrade if I want to make more sheets. Can you clarify?

All the current plan types (Pro, Business, and Enterprise) have unlimited sheet counts. Is it possible you're on a previous plan, such as Individual, that has a sheet count of 10?

Do you know if there is a sheet limit for free trial users? I'm in the middle of the trial and I'm getting a notification that I need to upgrade to create more sheets.
