Can COUNTIFS count on a column with values returned from a fomula?

This seems so easy, so I'm sure I'm doing something really dumb that I just can't see, but I can't get this COUNTIFS formula to work. It keeps returning "#NO MATCH" when I know that there is a match. I'm trying to count the number of times "EOX" appears in the Company column and "Reviewed with CSR" appears in the Supervisor Review column. The values in the Company column are returned based on an INDEX/MATCH formula and the Supervisor Review column is a Single-Select column. Could the column types be preventing the formula from working or am I just missing something really obvious?

Glad we got it working!

There were a couple of NO Match issues at the bottom of the sheet, which messed with the formula. I've added an IFERROR to them, and they still show as NO MATCH, but now as ordinary text.

Strange!

It shouldn't return a NO MATCH.

I'd be happy to take a quick look.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
