Update Request Certain Fields Only?

I have a sheet that has 300 fields on it. I only want to send the first 200 when asking for an update. Is this possible to automate and not have to uncheck all those fields every time when asking for an update? Some of the fields have data and some don't so I want to send them all so we can confirm with the client and the fill in the blanks.

Yes, you could set up a Workflow that could trigger from a checkbox or similar, and if needed, you could have multiple "presets".

@Andrée Starå no that does not make sense? Are you saying I can setup a workflow and SELECT the fields I want it to always send me for an update request, even if they are filled in or blank?

Yes, correct. You'd set up the Workflow and select what Columns should be included.
