Template set with automation between sheets

Hi all,

I'm trying to scale a project that I did so it can be used by other offices in my organization. I have a sheet that has a workflow that will send the line to 1 of 3 other sheets depending on what is selected from a dropdown menu. Is there a way for another user to download all 4 sheets and have them connected to eachother (through the workflow) automatically?

Hi Tom_Sch,

You can try this way :

1. Put all 4 sheets in a same folder of one Workspace
2. Share that Workspace to users in your organization
3. Licensed users can save as new the folder to their local workspaces

Unfortunately, it's not possible to have the Workflows with Copy/Move row automatically be connected to the new sheets (it will be connected to the original ones if you select Preserve destination), but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
