Sharing sheets with users access issue

We have a paid account and when sharing sheets with users with editor access, when they view the sheet they only have read only access.

Any help with this would be appreciated .

I suspect that you have the Pro plan, correct?

Sheets owned by Pro Plan users can only be edited by licensed users within that account.
