Has anyone received the following msg at login "OpenSAML:FatalProfile Exception at (https://sso.smartsheetgov.com/shibboleth.sso/saml2/post) ?

This error most commonly occurs during the initial setup of SAML SSO when the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL is incorrectly set to .../SAML/POST instead of ...SAML2/POST. To resolve this, please work with your IdP Admin to ensure that the ACS URL is configured against https://sso.smartsheetgov.com/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST

- ACS URL: https://sso.smartsheetgov.com/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST
- Audience restriction: https://sso.smartsheetgov.com/saml
- Is your certificate valid? You can check here: https://redkestrel.co.uk/products/decoder/
- Does your IdP pass the Persistent ID and Email Address claim using supported formats in the SAML Assertion? SAML Assertion: Supported Claims Examples in Smartsheet
If you aren't able to resolve your issue, please reach out to Smartsheet Support GOV and provide them with a network trace and SAML Assertion.
