CountIf/Count function

Hi all,

I am trying to create a sheet that measure the status of completed tasks for multiple areas. My current function that is working for the top section is

=COUNTIF(CHILDREN(Done@row), 1) + " of " + COUNT(CHILDREN([Task Name]@row)) + " Done"

However when I apply that to the second section it is picking up the section below it as well, while the first is not. Does anyone have any insight into what I should enter to specify the range of rows within each given section?
