Automation script not working
When I change my Status column to Cancelled the specified cells do not clear. So what have I done wrong?

I hope you're well and safe!
First, ensure that you have allowed yourself to receive notifications properly in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the lower-left corner). Secondly, check the Permission setting for the Automations. (cog in the top right corner in the Automation overview)
Ensure that you've checked the Sheet Change Notification Settings box to Include my changes in sheet notifications in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the lower-left corner).

Thank you Andree for those tips. I set Permission setting for the Automations to Unrestricted and have all notifications for Personal checked. This didn't affect my automation script. When I set a row's Status to Cancelled, it does not blank any of the cells like it should. The Conditional Formatting I have setup does change the row color to orange but the automation script does not work.

In your Workflow, you have a condition looking, so it's Cancelled, which is probably why it's not working. Try to remove the Condition.

I removed the Condition but there was no change when I set a row Status to Cancelled. No cells were cleared.

Hold on a minute. When I went back to my sheet from here, the cells were cleared. There seems to be a delay in them clearing.
Yes, the automation script is clearing the cells now (since removing the Condition) but it takes several minutes to see the changes. Seems odd to me there is such a delay when Conditional Formatting is immediate.
