Survey response limits

We have created a survey to send to employees to rate our IT department. We want it to be anonymous but we also want to limit to one response per employee. I don't see anywhere to set that limit of one response.

There currently isn't a way to limit how many times someone can access a Smartsheet form link and submit information while keeping the submissions anonymous. (Please let the Product team know of your request by filling in this form, here!)

What I would suggest doing in this instance is set up your survey using Google Forms instead. Google Forms has the ability to submit the data to Smartsheet as well as limit the number of responses, see: Smartsheet Sync Add-on for Google Forms and Choose settings and preview your form - Google Support
