Access given, but no content is visible - why?

Hi. 

I have created sheets and reports of the sheets. The sheet acts as a master and is managed by myself. My team will mainly work in the respective reports.

The problem I am facing: I have shared the documents (and later the workspace) with my team. One of my team members can access the report, but when he opens it he does not see the content, only a blank sheet.  I tried all access levels. I made him Admin, then Owner of the report. I made him Admin of the Master Sheet. But even as an Admin or as a Owner, he still does not see the content. What could be the issue?

Does your team member have access to the source sheet(s) that the report is pulling from? They need access to that sheet to see info in the report

I have the same problem and I figured this was the reason, however, I do NOT wish to share the source sheet with the person. I would like them to have access ONLY to the report. (otherwise I would have just shared the original sheet in the first place). Is this possible?
