change email address used in mailing notification
Hi,
now the user receives an email from user1@company.com via Smartsheet <automation@app.smarsheet.com>
but as I am the developer / owner of the sheet the peoples that receive the mail from Smartsheet are contacting me when they have questions. But I'm only the developer of the sheet.
can this be changed ?

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds
- Transfer ownership
- Add a general account license that can be the owner instead

thanks for your reply.
This are indeed 2 options that I can consider to use.
but of course I want to stay the owner of the project, and only 1 owner is allowed in Smartsheet.
the second option is also not so easy to use in an SSO domain with a lot of restrictions.
Smartsheet should make a option available that you can choose the email address.

The option to set which email a notification comes from is quite important to building autonomous work process, is there any plans to add this setting?

Hi Isaac,
Currently I have not received any information on having this option available.
Hope this can be looked at as it is very annoying to receive questions about the Smartsheet because your name is in the mails of the workflows.
