ScriptIncl:SmartsheetIntegrationHelper-Failed

We are using ServiceNow to Smartsheet Integration and for one record is throw out an error

and error code is : " ScriptIncl:SmartsheetIntegrationHelper-Failed to insert issue table record to the smartsheet sheet "

What could be the reason , how I can integrate that record to smartsheet?

Hi @KALYAN

It's difficult to know what may be happening without seeing how your integration is set up, that's a fairly generic error message that could be caused by a number of factors.

I would suggest posting in the ServiceNow Community to see if other ServiceNow users have come across a similar error message.

If this hasn't helped, please provide Support with a video recording of your integration set up and the error message that appears, along with a HAR file (see: Generate a Log for Troubleshooting).
