Drop Down selections based on "master" list

Is there a way of creating a dropdown list, based on a seperate template?

For example, can i create a list of colours (Blue, Green, Yellow, Red, Black" in "sheet 01" then in sheet 2 have a drop down that looks at that list of colours in sheet 01 and i can select these?

Then if i add new colours to sheet 01, the dropdown list is automaticaly updated?

A solution that would be perfect for this use case is the premium add-on, Data Shuttle.

Is that an option?

Thanks for the response. Im afraid this doesnt help. I suppose what im looking for is the equivalent of data validation from excel, where i can put the validation criteria as a list.

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Another possible Workaround could be the Smartsheet API, but that wouldn't be instant either.
