How can I have smarts sheet send a zoom meeting invite from a sheet based on responses to a form to Larry?

For instance:

• Larry chooses to attend a training on 4-22-22 at 8 am from a form he received a link to.

Hi @TDobson,

You can create your sheet with Zoom Meeting and Created by columns as below

Then create a workflow to send the Zoom Meeting link to Created by in case of a new row added

It will be a general link.

I have already temporarily created a workflow, but would like away for the user to select applying it to their Google calendar. An Email with a link gets lost in their email when they are receiving 100+ emails today.
