How do I get round dates being pulled through by formula issue?

I am using index match to pull dates from another smartsheet. I am also using resource manager which does not like dates which are being pulled through via a formula. At the moment I am copying and pasting these values. This is messy and room for error.

Any suggestions

Depend on your use case, you might not have to use any formula.

You can simply link the cells with the dates in the other SS.

If you need matching dates for certain columns, VLOOKUP might work
