Multiple Document Uploads - Document Collection

Hello Everyone

I'm looking for some help.

I am trying to create a document request form which collects different documents from new customers.

I thought a single form with multiple upload fields would be the answer but it seems that only one upload field is allowed on each form.

Is there a way of adding multiple upload fields to a single form.

If not is there a solution or a workaround for this scenario and customer onboarding?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Multiple forms where one after the other loads automatically after submission, and each could be for a different document. (would be one document per row in the sheet.
• Multiple Update Requests sent together. (one for each document)
• 3rd-party form integration with support for multiple upload fields.

Would any of those options work/help?
