Automation if condition 1 is meet do not do condition 2?

Hi, Is it possible to set up a conditions so if condition 1 is meet then do the action, if condition 1 is not meet then do condition 2 and do the action.

It more than likely is, especially for formulas, but could you give a bit more info on the type of action you are trying to achieve?
