Smartsheet Owner

Hi All,

Can we have the distribution list to be the Smartsheet owner? I know that if we send out the automatic email only the owner will receive anyone's reply on the email. If that's the case, can we make distribution list to be the Smartsheet owner? Can admin receive the email reply back from automatic email as well?

Unfortunately, you cannot.

Here is the quote from the help article that discusses this.

"In most cases, the name you’ll see in the message will be the name of the person who triggered the change—that is, the person who made a change to the sheet that caused the notification to be sent to you. In all other cases, the name used is the name of the person who owns the sheet (the sheet owner)."
