Where is the Project Intake Form - Project Managment Office Template

Hello all,

I just downloaded the Project Management Office Template and started to learn how to use it. However, when checking the folder, I couldn't find the Project Intake Form into my folders. Anyone knows whether is missing in the template?

It's in the Project Intake Sheet in the Forms menu.
