Form Submission: pull in total of the user's ratings

I have been able to successfully create a form that uses radio buttons so users can rate themselves on a scale of 1-5. I then have a column in the sheet that uses totals the user's responses to create a sum of their rating.

What I can't figure out is if there is a way to pull in the cell's total of the user's ratings. Is that possible?
