Formulas Not Working: Who did it?
Good afternoon, we have a master sheet where we have columns that are based on formulas from other columns and someone changed something. They say they did not do anything but 16,000 cells changed.....how do we get down to what they did to make this happen? We need to get these back to working again.
Thank you

Have you checked the cross sheet references? It seems like one or more isn't working.
Was that the issue?

Hi @BESP10
I hope you're well and safe!
Have you checked the Activity Log for clues?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Hi @Andrée Starå it says he changed 16,000 " but how can I find out what he physically did that prompted these all to change? thank you

The person listed in the activity log may not have changed anything, the might have just triggered the sheet to update by opening it.
What's the Error message and formula in your HTD column?
-
HI @Paul H , here is the formula
=SUMIFS({BES2022DailyWorkHrLog_HRSTODAY}, {BES2022DailyWorkHrLog_SSProject#}, [SS Project #]@row) + SUMIFS({BES2021DailyWorkHrLog_HRSTODAY}, {BES2021DailyWorkHrLog_SSProject#}, [SS Project #]@row)
it is reading as #invaid REF
how do I figure out what happened?

@besp10
I see you added another screenshot right before I answered, its possibly a broken cross reference in your HTD column
Right click on a cell and go to Manage References
