Using HTML to format body of an automated workflow email

Hello,

Has anyone had success pasting HTML into the body email that is sent with a triggered workflow? Here is a screenshot of what we have tried, but doesn't seem to work. Thanks!!

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
