Enter start and end times

On a Smartsheet, I want 2 columns where people enter the time they start the project and end the project. There is already a separate column for the date. We want to track start and end times and then have a 3rd column that calculates the hours/minutes from start to end. An example of an entry could be 4:00PM start and 4:15PM end. Any suggestions?

There should be a solution for you tucked away in here somewhere. I think we are currently up to 10 pages though, so it may take a little bit of searching.
