Stop lower row automatically copying colours from row above

I have a ticket tracker template being used at the moment, and every time a new ticket comes through from the form, the new row is formatted like a header (dark infill, bold type etc.) - how do I stop this row from being formatted like a header, and instead having it formatted like a child row should be?

    Hi @nicole.turner ,

One option would be to create a "helper column" - maybe a checkbox? Then leave the checkbox in the header row unchecked.

Set up conditional formatting do indicate the formatting (or lack thereof) you would like to apply to the new rows from form submissions - and set the condition to be when the checkbox is checked. You will likely have to indicate a white background and black text, if that's what you want it to be.

Then in your form, add the checkbox as a hidden field and set the default value as checked.

    Hope this helps!
