Vlookap for start and end date

Dear Community,

I am working with vlookap function in Smartsheet, but I encountered the wall - I can not use the functions for start and end date columns, it works when I add other column where date can be placed. Do you know If there is any setup that is blocking option to use the formula in those columns? (all 3 columns belowe are "dates" columns". Start and End date is not working, test column properly synchronized the date from other Sheet.

It's because you're using the Dependencies feature. When it's activated, you can't have a formula in the Project Date columns.

Hi,

From the screen grab, I'm guessing you are using the Gantt view. In that case, it's not possible to use a formula in Start and End date that is also being used in the 'Project Settings' as part of the Schedule Calculations.
