how to change the default allocation %??

I would like to change the default allocation % to 0% rather than the default auto-fill 100%. Is there any way to achieve this??? Look forward a quick reply. thanks.

Hi @Mia

There currently isn't a way to set the % Allocation column used in Project Settings to have a default of 0% instead of 100%.

You could remove this column from your Project Settings and keep it as a regular Text/Number column. Then as new rows are created, you could use a Change Cell workflow to update the cell to show 0%, see: Change the Value of a Cell in an Automated Workflow
