Has anyone ever had this happen with card view where information is deleted by reordering cards?

I have a new user that is using card view to view our sheet. Somehow she is deleting information with this line but not deleting the line all together. Has anyone ever had this happen?

It looks like the user is likely viewing the data in grid view and then deleting pieces of a particular row, resulting in the reordering of that row of data.

• "Card View: Cards Reordered Indirectly: Cards have been moved by any other means. For example, when you manually drag one card to any position, either in the same lane or to a different lane, other cards are indirectly moved to higher or lower positions as a result. Cards can also be reordered indirectly when you make changes in the grid view and Gantt View, such as assigning a task to a different person or changing the list option for a row."

Not sure if that helps solve the issue. But if she is reporting that she isn't manipulating the data I would have her repeat the action that caused the data to delete with you in the same room or on a virtual call so you can see what is happening.
