Locking some users from editing a form

Is it possible to prevent someone from editing a form after they fill it out? I want certain users to not be able to change their form responses after submission.

Have you tried removing their access to the sheet? Users do not need access to a sheet to be able to submit a form.

Depending on their permissions, you could add a Workflow and combine it with the Lock Row Action and lock the row(s) but only for specific users.
