Is there a way to automate purging attachments?

I have set up the automation that purges some of the information in the cells (account information) after a certain amount of time, but was wondering if there was also a way to do that with attachments? We would not like the attachments to stay on the sheet in perpetuity and didn't know if there's a way to take out the manual intervention?

It does not appear that there's a way to automatically purge attachments. We don't even have a way to automatically delete rows yet, outside of using the API. Even the API does not seem to feature a way to collect Attachment info and delete just the attachment.
