Smart Sheet Update

Recently we have noticed we cannot drag and drop files to smart sheet after an update that added the drop box feature will we be able to drag and drop files again. This started happening a few weeks ago.

I am still able to drag/drop files and do so on a fairly regular basis. Have you reached out to support or checked to see if maybe there is some kind of setting on your computer/browser itself?
