Evenly distribute Resource Hours between start and end date based upon working days in each month

I am trying to come up with an equation that will allow me to evenly distribute total Resource Hours for a given row between start and end date based upon working days in each month within that start/end period:

• Resource Hours*(working days in respective month)/Duration (total number of working days)

This is complicated on the start and end months (March and August) when there isn't a full month of working days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
