How many simultaneous users does Dynamic view support?

There is no limit to the number of users you can share to a Dynamic View.

Understand there is no limit to the number of users, but is there a limit to the number of domains you can share the report to?

Side note - I'm not surprised this is the case, but when attempting to test a scenario with my personal gmail account, I was unable to add gmail.com as a valid domain. So while there may be no limit, the ease of sharing to millions of people at the same time is limited lol.

Thats a great question - I don't believe there's a restriction on the number of domains but you are correct, the domains listed need to be "work" domains. All ISP domains (like gmail.com, hotmail.com etc) are all blocked from the domain sharing option. You can still share to individual gmail / hotmail users, but not to the full domain.
