Our Smartsheet is Very slow

Our smartsheet is slow lately. It takes a while to load when first opening, and also from tab to tab after. Could you advice us on tips to improve the speed?

You can always check to see if Smartsheet itself is reporting issues with the application via our Status page: https://status.smartsheet.com/ 

At the time of my post, everything is fully operational from Smartsheet's end—meaning this is likely an issue with your network or the amount of data and formulas you're putting in your sheets.

Smartsheet is VERY slow - Especially if you use Formulas - we had a sheet built for us using several Paid For design desk sessions by Smartsheet and when we tried to use it the sheet ground to a halt

We were told that it was a Browser issue - too many formulas for the browser

Rebuilt it in Google Sheets and no issues - works very smoothly so the issue appears to be with Smartsheet

BTW they have refused to refund the design desk sessions used to have the sheet built

Hundreds of $$$ down the drain 

 

It also appears to be slow periodically on different computers with different browsers

 

- we never experience those issues with other software especially sheet systems like Excel and Google Sheets

 

- seems like there is some kind of known issue with smartsheet that they dont want to talk about??

I too would like solutions to the speed problem that don't involve disabling all of the features that Smartsheet offers as a benefit of using their program.

All the cool features:  Conditional formatting, sheet links, formulas, and the like serve to slow the system down.  It would be cool if we could use our features without suffering for it.
