Where to get the Scope Object ID

I am building an extension for Zoho's Cliq app, for creating a webhooks I need ScopeObectID, so can I know where to get the scopeobject ID attribute https://smartsheet.redoc.ly/#operation/createWebhook for webhook creations.

What the ScopeObjectID is will depend on what Object (e.g. perhaps a sheet or a report) is in the Webhook's scope.

For example, if you wanted it to be a specific Sheet, you can find the Sheet ID under File > Properties.
