Resource Report is not showing projects assigned to some users

For some users, the resource report does not show the projects they are assigned to.

Other users on the same projects do show those projects assigned to them.

Same user assigned to any project shows with no projects assigned to him on resource report.

All projects are setup for legacy resource management.

Resources that you're managing will need to be Members of your Smartsheet account (these can be free, un-licensed members).

There are a few other details listed in that article above that may be the cause of your user not showing up in Legacy Resource management. If you can confirm that that Contact (email) is set up as a member of your account, and selected correctly as a Contact Type of value, then the next thing I'd check is if the assigned row is a Parent row:

"Parent tasks assigned to your resources will not be included in resource views because parent tasks summarize their children."

You'll also want to ensure that the task/row has all Project fields filled out (start date, end date, duration, etc).

All above is confirmed. They are not assigned to parent rows. still they don't show up on resource view report as assigned to the project

At this point I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support. They'll want to see screen captures of your sheets, screen captures of the Resource View Report, the emails/contacts that are not showing up, and any other relevant information.
