Issues with Form

Hello,

I am having issues with my form:

• - When User fills out a form, they have to choose a department number from a dropdown. After the filled out form is uploaded into the sheet, the department number is changed?
• Example: User selects 577 in the form, but in the sheet it shows as 577.0

I've noticed multiple similar posts, so there seems to be a known issue at the moment.
