Dashboards are currently up and running as normal! See the Status Page for updates: https://status.smartsheet.com/

If you're experiencing issues, I would first run through the initial troubleshooting steps listed in this article: Issue: Smartsheet Is Continuously Loading, Not Responding, or Not Displaying Certain Items

Then if none of those steps have helped, please capture a screen recording of your issue and contact Support.
