Conditional Formatting Priority Not Working
For some reason my top row (Leveling 2) is not applying the same CF logic as the rules I have set up, however the following milestone markers (Leveling 1) are correct. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

It looks like "Leveling 2" only applies formatting to the Primary Column. Are you wanting it to apply to the entire row instead?
