Can't find access/edit second form linking to my sheet
I took over a form/sheet from a previous employee and there are two different versions of a form feeding into a sheet. When I click on 'manage forms' from the sheet, I only see one of the two. I have the link to the other form and know that clients are submitting requests through it, but I don't know how to edit it (or turn it off).

Hi @kcoo
If there is only one form associated with that sheet, is it possible that there is a workflow on a different sheet which uses either Move Row or Copy Row to receive the submissions then move it over?
If you're the Owner (or Admin) of the sheet and you have a Business or Enterprise plan, you could check the Activity Log of the sheet to see how the new rows are added.
You can also check the cell history of the cell to see if it was added by an Automation or not.
Cheers,
Genevieve
