Generate a Document

I'm trying to generate a document and after setting it up, I clicked on preview and received this:

{"status":404,"template":"Could not retrieve preview {{.ID}}","code":20,"data":{"Code":"20","HTTP":"404","ID":"gen-doc-341df6a6-fe71-4413-8de2-572b0d2411dd"}}

Any ideas on why? Thanks for your help!
